What You’ll Be Doing

• Run your own caseload of Care matters
• Draft legal documents and manage case files
• Handle Legal Aid applications and navigate the CCMS portal
• Undertake your own advocacy at Children Panels
• Deliver outstanding client care with empathy and professionalism
• Work towards achievable fee‑earner targets while making a genuine impact

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, Children Panel Accredited
• Experience in Care Proceedings
• Strong advocacy and case‑management skills
• Understanding of Legal Aid Agency processes and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage a busy caseload without losing attention to detail
• Warmth, resilience, and professionalism in client relationships
