Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic charity to recruit for the Community Manager- Kent in order to help to grow support, strengthen community relationships, and deliver ambitious income and engagement targets across the region.

Key Responsibilitie

  • sDevelop and maintain strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, and community stakeholders
  • .Inspire, recruit, and support volunteers, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed
  • .Deliver regional income, engagement, and performance targets
  • .Collaborate with colleagues across fundraising, partnerships, marketing, events, visitor experiences, and retail operations
  • .Identify opportunities to grow supporter engagement and improve volunteer experiences
  • .Support community events, campaigns, and local initiatives
  • .Manage resources effectively, ensuring activities are delivered within agreed budgets and timescales
  • .Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration
  • .Act as an ambassador for the organisation within the community

As a Community Manager, you will work closely with supporters, volunteers, donors, and local communities to create positive experiences that encourage long-term involvement and advocacy. You will lead volunteer engagement, support fundraising initiatives, and help ensure regional goals are achieved through collaboration, innovation, and excellent relationship management
