Tech Recruitment Consultancy – Head of Talent Acquisition (Internal TA)
Location: South Manchester/Cheshire
Salary: To £50,000 basic + Performance Bonus (£500–£6,000 per placement)
A leading Technology recruitment organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and develop their TA function. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on shaping recruitment strategy, mentoring teams, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and drive the Talent Acquisition function, providing strategic direction.* Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.* Lead, mentor, and expand the Internal TA team.* Enhance internal recruitment processes and candidate experience.* Develop innovative initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in Recruitment to Recruitment / internal recruitment with proven leadership capability.
- Confident presenting ideas and influencing senior leaders.
- Strategic, creative, and full of fresh perspectives.
- Passionate about people, culture, and building high-performing teams.
