Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst – Underwriting Transformation (Insurance)

An exciting opportunity to join a major underwriting transformation programme within a leading UK insurance organisation, supporting the rollout of a new workbench platform and embedding continuous improvement from day one.

This role sits at the heart of a strategic change initiative, working closely with underwriting and change teams from early programme inception through to implementation and beyond.

You will play a dual role:

  • Supporting initial platform implementation and process design
  • Acting as a continuous improvement voice to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable change

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of a new underwriting workbench by analysing, mapping and improving existing processes
  • Identify improvement opportunities and driving ongoing optimisation post-implementation
  • Translate insights into actionable, value-driven change
  • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and change teams

Skills Required:

  • Process mapping / Process improvement experience within the insurance industry – Essential
  • Good understanding of underwriting processes – Essential
  • Ideally can demonstrate a strong ability to spot inefficiencies, challenge the status quo, and deliver practical improvements in complex operational environments.

This role offers strong progression into broader change and transformation functions beyond a dedicated workbench team, with exposure across a wider enterprise change portfolio.
