A highly ambitious and rapidly growing property developer is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the creation and growth of a new Commercial Fit-Out division.

The Opportunity

This role would suit an individual who combines strong project delivery expertise with business development capabilities and an established network within the commercial fit-out sector.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the company’s new Commercial Fit-Out division.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the commercial office, mixed-use, and workplace sectors.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Build and implement a strategic growth plan for the division.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team as the business expands.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and profitability.
About You
- Proven track record within the Commercial Fit-Out sector.
- Experience operating at Director or Senior Leadership level.
- Strong network of clients, consultants, and industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and secure new business opportunities.
- Commercially astute with experience managing P&L responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and scale a business unit.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
