General Manager – Ultra-Prime Residential Estate

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the operations of an ultra-prime residential estate in London.

This is a senior on-site leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional residential experience within a high-value, high-expectation environment. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of estate operations, resident services, facilities management and service partner delivery, whilst acting as a key ambassador for both residents and ownership.

The role requires a unique blend of operational expertise, commercial awareness, stakeholder management and hospitality-led service delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across the estate, leading a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring a seamless experience for residents within one of London’s most prestigious residential environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all on-site operational, resident services and service partner teams
  • Managing relationships with residents, ownership and key stakeholders
  • Driving service excellence and a high-performance culture across the estate
  • Overseeing facilities management, compliance and contractor performance
  • Managing operational and service charge budgets
  • Ensuring the estate is maintained to exceptional presentation and operational standards
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance resident experience and operational performance

We are looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience within luxury residential, ultra-prime residential, branded residences or luxury serviced apartment environments
  • Experience managing assets comprising 100+ units/keys or comparable operational scale
  • Demonstrable experience working with UHNW residents, occupiers, owners or clients
  • Strong understanding of facilities management, compliance, contractor management and operational delivery
  • Experience managing significant operational and/or service charge budgets
  • The presence, judgement and credibility to operate effectively with residents, ownership and senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading both direct teams and third-party service providers

Please note:

This role is primarily focused on luxury residential operations. Whilst candidates from luxury hospitality backgrounds will be considered, applicants must be able to demonstrate meaningful experience within residential, branded residences, serviced apartments or long-stay occupier environments, together with responsibility for facilities management and operational leadership.

Candidates whose experience is solely focused on traditional hotel operations, food and beverage, guest relations, training, quality assurance or front-of-house leadership are unlikely to meet the requirements of the role.
