Senior CCTV Operator: Real-Time Safety Lead & Trainer

Salisbury City Council is looking for a Senior CCTV Operator to ensure the safety of Salisbury by monitoring its public space CCTV network. This critical role involves identifying incidents and supporting emergency responses while providing intelligence to police and partner agencies.

The position requires 21 hours per week with flexible rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will also train new CCTV operators, focusing on attention to detail and sound judgment.
