1:1 Autism Support: Full‑Time Classroom Assistant

GSL Education – Chelmsford is seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant for a primary school in Colchester. You will provide 1:1 support to a pupil, helping them engage in lessons and build confidence.

This role offers the chance to work in a nurturing environment focused on supporting children with additional needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in childcare, a calm approach, and a willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
