Driver Customer Service Representative

Salary: £27,560 to £31,304 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Midland Metro Ltd, Wednesbury Depot, Potters Lane, WS10 0AR. Contract: Full‑time, Permanent (Job Share available for 19.5 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Drive trams safely and efficiently across the expanding network.
  • Communicate clearly with passengers during travel disruptions.
  • Report any safety‑critical concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all passengers hold a valid ticket or pass.
  • Deliver exceptional, safe, reliable, and sustainable service.

Qualifications

  • Full, clean driving licence held for at least 12 months.
  • Aged 21 or over (due to insurance requirements).
  • Calm, professional demeanour and ability to thrive under pressure.
