up to £32,000 per annum dependent upon experience

Location: Stansted. Successful candidate will be on site 5 days per week.

This role is a 39‑hour week. Working hours are Monday‑Thursday: 8:00–16:30 and Friday: 8:00–16:00. A 9‑day fortnight is available for those who want it.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform workshop activities for the Avionics or Heater departments to support customer demands.
• Test, inspect, repair, and overhaul components.
• Update and interact with scheduling boards, giving feedback on daily issues or concerns.
• Maintain and ensure implementation of all standard operating practices and procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance and implementation of all safety standards.
• Meet health, safety and environmental regulations.

About You

• Prior experience in an engineering/workshop environment is preferred.
• Some workshop or engineering experience preferred.
• Aerospace or electrical experience is a bonus, not essential.
• Good attention to detail and focus on safety.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
