Last year we opened the doors to a brand‑new and exclusive luxury showroom located within Sterling Home. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our welcoming team and to be part of something exceptional.
Hours & Salary
Hours: 24 per week. Salary: £13.45 per hour.
Location
Sterling Home – Glasgow.

Responsibilities
- From the moment customers enter the showroom, create a warm and memorable experience, including greeting them with a smile or guiding them through the unique chair fitting service.
- Help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of expertly designed chairs and sofas, supporting them in finding a style, fabric and size that suits their needs.
- Help keep the showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy and welcoming.
- Be happy working a mix of weekdays and weekends; a DBS check will apply as this is a customer‑facing role.
Qualifications
- Warm, empathetic and friendly approach
- Great eye for detail and pride in presentation
- Passion for people and helping others
- Enthusiasm, positive attitude and eagerness to learn; previous retail sales & customer service experience is a plus.

Training & Development
Supported with in‑depth training through the HSL Academy at Comfort House in West Yorkshire, with hands‑on learning and expert guidance from our independent Occupational Therapist, Julie Jennings.
