Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Support Worker for our residential service in Pencader and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Support Worker, you’ll provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE WORKING NIGHTS.

M&D Care is an established family-oriented business, run by a passionate team of professionals who deliver specialist, complex and bespoke care services throughout Southwest Wales for people with Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health needs. Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
  • Support daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, medication, and shopping.
  • Encourage independence, dignity, and well-being through meaningful activities.
  • Work independently while ensuring safety and respect.
  • Follow Social Care Wales and CIW standards.
  • Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Additional Information
