Support Worker

Job Summary

Our person‑led approach is driven through bespoke support plans and outcomes for people. Where required, we also apply the principles of Positive Behaviour Support to improve residents’ quality of life.

Working Hours

Part‑time hours, 18 hours per week, day shifts, working every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily activities.
• Help implement care plans to establish routine.
• Ensure the client feels safe and stable within their day‑to‑day care.
• Provide personal care.
• Administer medication if required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Successful candidates must undergo an Enhanced DBS.
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi‑site working.
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and time‑keeping.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Self‑confidence and ability to manage challenging situations.
