Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Design and Technology across the school.
• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students.
• Monitor and raise student attainment and progress within the department.
• Support colleagues through mentoring, coaching, and collaborative planning.
• Support the wider school vision and ethos through active engagement in school life.
