Job Overview
NARS, a leading beauty brand, is seeking a creative and customer‑focused Retail Artist to deliver personalised makeup experiences on the sales counter. The role blends artistry, product knowledge, and service excellence to inspire confidence and build loyalty among customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one makeup sessions and product events, showcasing NARS artistry and product expertise.
- Create engaging, personalised customer experiences and build strong connections to secure brand loyalty.
- Apply the customer engagement approach to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
- Collaborate with the team to support store objectives and share best practices.
- Represent NARS values and maintain the sophistication, wit and chic spirit of the brand.
Qualifications
- Make‑up artistry or prior retail makeup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and resilient.
