Sales Advisor – Sutton (Part-Time)

This is a temporary part-time 20 hour position based in the H&M Sutton store. This position requires 5 days flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting commercial and operational actions together with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keeping informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
• Passionate about people and fashion.
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others to ensure strong teamwork.
• Clear communicators, creative and curious.
• Motivated to contribute to H&M’s vision, leading us to success.
