Family Support Worker & Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Bearbrook Combined School is looking for a caring Family Support Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting children and families by promoting their wellbeing and improving school attendance. You’ll build trusting relationships and work alongside staff and external agencies.

Your responsibilities will include acting as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and monitoring pupil punctuality. You will also provide pastoral support and help with identified needs through tailored interventions.
