FLT drivers required

Overview

Manpower is recruiting FLT drivers for a nationwide warehousing and logistics client based in Coalville.

Shift Pattern & Compensation

Working 2 days from 06:00 to 14:00 and 2 days from 14:00 to 22:00. This is not a rotating shift pattern. Pay is £13.75 per hour for a 40‑hour week on an ongoing temp position.

Qualifications

• A VNA licence is beneficial; a counterbalance licence is acceptable and the client will upskill you to a VNA licence.

Responsibilities

• While on a counterbalance licence: load/unload containers, move palletised goods from goods‑in to the racking area, pick using scan guns, operate a ride‑on PPT, and pack products as required. Full training will be provided.
• Once trained on the VNA: perform the above duties and additionally jump on a VNA to store palletised goods on the racking.

Start Date & Induction

Positions start Monday 22 June. Selected candidates must attend a 2‑hour paid induction on Thursday 18 June.
