Salary: Grade 2 SCP 3 (£24,796.00) FTE AYR – to be pro rata. Actual salary: £18,801.21 – £19,226.44 per annum. 5 days, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks (TTO + Training Days)

Responsibilities
- Provide consistent 1:1 adult support throughout the school day for a child in Reception with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
- Support the child’s access to learning, emotional regulation and development of communication skills.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver provision.
- Facilitate engagement in structured activities and continuous provision, including transitions, indoor and outdoor learning, playtimes and lunchtimes.
- Respond to the child’s individual needs and provide appropriate scaffolding.
