Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 per annum

We are currently working on behalf of a charity based in Bradford to recruit for a Property Manager. The role is offered on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health and safety visits to properties
• Identify any health and safety or safeguarding issues
• Liaise with landlord partners when taking on new properties and ensure that all paperwork and health and safety standards are met, including any repairs carried out
• Ensure stock condition surveys and images are taken for any new leased accommodation
• Audit maintenance spreadsheets weekly and follow up on issues with relevant teams until works are signed off
• Assess the effectiveness of the organisation’s health and safety, fire and safeguarding practices
