We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Limes Place based in Colne, BB8 9FB.
Limes Place offer flexible levels of support tailored to our residents, you will be supporting people aged 18 and over with assessed care needs. click herefor further details about the service.
Salary: £13.12 per hour Hours: 28 or 35 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Support Worker in Supported Living you’ll be supporting adults on a person‑centered basis to live independently. You will support people with personal care, domestic tasks, medication assistance, daily living skills, social inclusion, paying bills and dealing with correspondence. Your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same.
We’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, has a big smile that lights up service users’ faces, and possesses patience and a sense of humour. We value your ability to build relationships and bring joy to your work.

Experience within the Health and Social Care industry is essential for this role. You will receive on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align ours.
