About The Role

Care & Support Assistant at Fern Brook Lodge, Gillingham, Dorset.

Pay: £13.05 – £13.30 per hour.

Hours: Full‑time and part‑time available, including alternate weekend work.

Shift Patterns

• 08:00 – 20:00 (Full shift)
• 08:00 – 14:00 (Morning shift)
• 14:00 – 20:00 (Afternoon shift)

• Assist with personal care and mobility needs.
• Encourage residents to stay independent and active.
• Provide companionship, social interaction, and person‑centred care.
