Job Summary
Location: THE PIG Hotel, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL
Salary: OTE £16.43 per hour, including tronc
Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days, including any paid overtime
We are currently looking for a self‑motivated Restaurant Supervisor or Floor Manager who has the passion for fostering teamwork and delivering brilliant hospitality.
About the Role
The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. Each service is different, fun and full of atmosphere!
This is an opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to work alongside our Restaurant Manager in delivering the exceptional operation of one of the most exciting and award‑winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
As Restaurant Supervisor you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community. You will be responsible for ‘Bringing it together’ for helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant. Our Restaurant Supervisors support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
Good communication and people management skills are a must, along with confidence and ease of working in an attention‑to‑detail environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
