Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, the friendly face to offer incredible product insight, product knowledge and trust. Whether it be our in‑store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in‑store parent‑to‑be events, or someone to help guide our customers along their unique parenting journey, our amazing store teams are there to make sure buying that first pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit for baby’s 1st birthday is magical.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant/Consultant you will be an ambassador of these magical moments and the heart of our business. You will assist customers with product knowledge, provide personalized guidance, and create memorable experiences across our Swansea store.
Shift pattern: 12 hours per week across 3 days:
- Thursday 3.30‑7.30
- Saturday 3‑7
- Sunday 12‑4
Requirements
Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service, and a passion for making customers smile and creating unforgettable moments.
