Therapeutic Care is a residential childcare provider based in Lancashire. We are currently seeking reliable, motivated and energetic Night Practitioner to join our small team in Kendal. As a Night Practitioner you will provide high quality care to children and young people in our services using integrated therapeutic approach.
We are looking for transferable skills so no qualifications or experience required as we provide full training to support you in your role!
Job Details
Job Types: Full-time (35 hours per week), Permanent
Pay: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour
Working hours: 10pm to 8am
Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off rolling shift pattern
Additional pay:
- Overtime paid at £1 extra
Responsibilities
- It is a requirement that the postholder remains awake at all times to carry out duties within the Home and to be able to respond to the needs of the young people in residence at all times.
Other Considerations
Ensuring the safety and well‑being of children and young people, as well as protecting vulnerable individuals from any form of abuse, is a paramount focus throughout all of Therapeutic Care’s services. We are fully dedicated to effectively promoting safeguarding measures across our organisation.
This role is subject to necessary background checks, including an Enhanced DBS.
