This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced, standards‑led hospitality professional looking to take on a new challenging role. The Crown and Cushion is a high‑volume site with a large full‑table‑service restaurant, a medieval function hall hosting weddings and all other events, and gorgeous outside patio area. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years previous experience of managing teams of 10+ front‑of‑house staff on service.
