MUST HAVE

• Experience working within the public sector, including law enforcement or national security industry.
• Good business acumen and commercial understanding.
• Cloud Computing knowledge.
• Previous experience working in a corporate training or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Product management.

ESSENTIAL

• Confident leading meaningful conversations with customers, technical teams and project teams.
• Ability to collaborate effective with cross-functional teams.
• A good level of written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and influencing skills.
• Flexible in approach to suit clients, teams and projects.
• Confident with rapid change, working in an agile environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
