In this variedand rewarding role, you will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff tosupport students in their learning and personal development. You will helpcreate a positive, nurturing and engaging learning environment where allstudents can thrive, including those with Special Educational Needs andDisabilities (SEND). No two days will be the same, as you support learning inthe classroom, work with small groups and individual students, assist withresources and activities, and contribute to the wider life of the school whilecompleting your apprenticeship training.
