Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £100 – £120 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Temporary
Responsibilities
The successful Cover Supervisor will: supervise lessons across a range of subjects, support students with SEND (including ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs) and use strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive learning environment.
Key Qualifications
- Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school setting
- Experience supporting students with SEND, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
