Job Title: Director – Data & AI Transformation

We are partnering with a high‑growth Data & AI consulting firm focused on delivering impactful transformation programs for global enterprise clients across CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives powered by Data, AI, and advanced analytics
• Define and implement data strategies for enterprise clients
• Drive solutioning and pre‑sales efforts, supporting proposals, pitches, and deal shaping
• Build and manage CXO‑level relationships across global clients
• Lead cross‑functional teams including GenAI engineers, data scientists, and application developers
• Oversee delivery of solutions across GenAI, Big Data, BI (Power BI), and cloud‑based applications (React, etc.)
• Identify account expansion opportunities and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications

• 9–15 years of experience in Data, AI, or Analytics Consulting
• Strong technical understanding of Big Data, AI/ML, and modern data ecosystems
• Proven experience in solutioning / pre‑sales / enterprise sales support
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience managing end‑to‑end consulting or transformation programs
• Strong team leadership experience (multi‑disciplinary teams preferred)
