A senior leadership role within a leading change and transformation consultancy, focused on driving growth, owning Media & Telco strategy, and turning vision into measurable value for some of the most complex and high-profile organisations in the sector
This is a commercially driven role at the intersection of delivery and sales. You will lead transformation advisory work for Media & Telco clients whilst building pipeline and originating new business.
What We’re Looking for:
- Proven senior leadership consulting experience within Media, Telecommunications, or wider TMT sectors.
- A core focus and extensive consulting background within Media & Telco is a must
- Clear track record of originating and converting revenue in a consulting environment
- Strong experience across large-scale transformation programmes (operating model, digital, customer, or technology)
- Experience shaping strategic roadmaps and enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Comfortable engaging C‑Suite and senior stakeholders across major Media & Telco organisations
- Commercially minded, client‑facing, and growth‑oriented
What you’ll do:
- Define business‑led transformation strategies (you’ll be involved in client delivery)
- Own business development within the Media & Telco practice
- Drive sales with a consulting‑led approach
- Partner with senior selling and account teams to expand existing relationships and open new logos; advise C‑suite executives on strategy, transformation, and modern ways of working
- Balance short‑term delivery outcomes with long‑term strategic direction
- Act as a visible thought leader and market presence in Media & Telco
- Build, coach and lead high‑performing consulting teams delivering complex transformation engagements
