CEO / Head of Systematic Trading (HFT / MFT)

A well‑capitalized global group is building a new systematic trading business and is looking for an experienced leader to set it up and run it.
This is a build‑from‑zero role with full ownership across strategy, team, infrastructure, and P&L.
Role
- Define the direction of the systematic trading business (HFT / MFT)
- Build and scale trading, research, and infrastructure
- Oversee strategy development, deployment, and live trading
- Work closely with exchanges, vendors, and infrastructure partners
