We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our growing immigration practice. This role is suited to someone confident in generating new business, managing relationships, and converting enquiries into instructions across a range of immigration services for individuals and businesses. The role carries a clear revenue focus and offers a strong commission structure for sustained performance.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting new business for the firm. You will work closely with senior management and the legal team to promote our immigration services and build long-term client relationships. The role requires a balance of outbound business development and relationship management. You will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across the firm’s immigration services.
- Conduct initial client consultations and clearly explain available services.
- Convert enquiries into paid instructions and ongoing client relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and manage prospects through to instruction.
- Work closely with solicitors and caseworkers to ensure smooth handover of matters.
- Track activity and performance against agreed targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (legal or professional services preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, professional, and commercially aware approach.
- Ability to meet and exceed revenue and conversion targets.
- Organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in immigration services or legal environments is desirable but not essential.
