£13.45 to £14.50 per hour, dependent on experience, plus tips, tronc and bonus.
Role Overview
We are seeking passionate Pizzaiolos who can work the kitchen the Neapolitan way. Our Pizzaiolos are the first ingredients in creating the perfect pizza.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Ready to be passionate about Neapolitan techniques… and most importantly passionate about pizza!
- Used to using pizza ovens.
- Dough, Dough, Dough! You’ll be confident in all things dough.
- You’ll have Neapolitan experience or be keen to learn the niche.
