About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering transformative client experiences. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you’ll lead complex, high-impact projects from concept to completion—bringing clarity, energy, and focus to every stage. You’ll unite teams, drive collaboration, and use Asana to keep momentum, visibility, and accountability high. Working in close partnership with the Client Director and Sales Performance Consultant, you’ll build strong, insight-driven relationships that create measurable change for our clients. Your work will directly power Imparta’s mission of scalable impact, digital innovation, and sustained performance growth.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead multiple complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring excellence in delivery.
- Develop and execute clear, strategic project and programme plans.
- Proactively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies for smooth delivery.
- Identify and share ways to deepen customer relationships and streamline workflows.
- Lead confident, collaborative meetings that drive clarity and alignment.
Client Partnership & Strategic Impact
- Partner with Client Directors and Consultants to deliver and document measurable client impact.
- Build strong, insight-led relationships that inspire trust and innovation.
- Provide strategic direction and act as a key client contact.
- Advise the commercial team on feasibility, costs, risks, and solutions.
Operational Excellence & Tools
- Master Asana and champion its use for all project management needs.
- Optimise dashboards and templates for visibility and efficiency.
- Maintain data accuracy across Asana and Salesforce for unified reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement through quality reviews and lessons learned.
Collaboration, Growth & Leadership
- Partner across teams to enhance digital and operational processes.
- Support the Head of Project Management in refining PM practices.
- Coach and empower team members to deliver with confidence and excellence.
- Develop a deep understanding of Imparta’s products and learning solutions to create robust, client-focused delivery plans.
- Live and role-model Imparta’s values—demonstrating integrity, collaboration, and a growth mindset in every interaction.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Support impact measurement alongside the Sales Performance Consultants.
- Review and act on client and Faculty feedback to drive performance improvement.
Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience leading multiple, multi-year, multi-country client programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, confident engaging senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated client service excellence and consultative project delivery approach.
- Commercially aware, balancing client success with business profitability.
- Skilled in project financial management, including forecasting, reconciliation, and invoicing (Salesforce or similar).
- Digitally fluent, with hands-on experience using Asana or comparable tools to drive adoption and efficiency.
- Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure and change.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines.
- Leads by influence, inspiring collaboration and accountability across teams.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel.

Pay range and compensation package
