We are seeking experienced and motivated Sushi Chef / Customer Service Assistant to join our busy and growing team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering high‑quality, fresh food.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to all customers
- Assist in preparing sushi rolls
- Maintain food presentation and quality standards
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Assist with stock control, prep and ordering
About You
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment
- Understanding of fresh food handling
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented
