Customer Support Advisor (Supporter Care & Enquiries)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid Working)

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 months, Part-Time – 28 hours/week)

Overview

Our client, a purpose-driven international organisation, is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join its supporter care team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality service across multiple channels. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, written correspondence, and social media
  • Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately record interactions and update internal systems and databases
  • Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Manage multiple enquiries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, processes, and policies

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support-based role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible and proactive approach
  • Ability to quickly learn systems and processes
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility between home and office
