Overview
Our client, a purpose-driven international organisation, is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join its supporter care team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality service across multiple channels. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, written correspondence, and social media
- Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately record interactions and update internal systems and databases
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact
- Manage multiple enquiries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, processes, and policies
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in a customer service or support-based role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A collaborative team player with a flexible and proactive approach
- Ability to quickly learn systems and processes
- Hybrid working model with flexibility between home and office
- Part-time working (4 days per week, 28 hours)
