About the Role
You will work in collaboration with our customers and account managers to maximise the value delivered by the world’s largest email‑based risk assessment solution. Your results will lead to immediate real‑world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses and, as a result, increased customer profitability.
This is achieved through a range of activities, including:
- Proactive analysis of accounts to identify improvements.
- Optimising the risk assessment to more accurately detect high‑risk transactions.
- Providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews.
We seek individuals with a proactive and analytical approach to problem solving, a good consulting mindset and a desire to bring value to our customers. In this role you’ll leverage real‑time digital identity intelligence, analysing millions of transactions per month for some of the largest companies operating in Financial Services, Insurance, e‑Commerce.
Responsibilities
- Support business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights related to the customer’s deployment.
- Conduct proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customer solution performance is maintained and improved.
- Perform targeted rule adjustments to help customers address emerging risks.
- Develop an action plan for key customers that improves their maturity on the solution.
- Provide business support through fraud analysis and research.
- Conduct routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
- Improve fraud detection performance by optimizing the false‑positive/fraud capture rate.Utilise various data workflow management and analysis tools.
Requirements
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar languages and experience working with data types and formats including XML, flat files, delimited files, etc.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Strong research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real‑life scenarios.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages are ideal.
- Highly proactive nature, well organized, and able to prioritise time.
