THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity for a property lawyer to join its growing team.
With 2-6pqe and commercial property and / or secured lending experience, you will manage your own caseload across commercial property and secured lending, to deliver an outstanding service to a diverse and loyal client base that includes institutional lenders, property investors, and developers.
Key responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and lease transactionsAdvising both lenders and borrowers on secured lending matters including bridging finance, buy-to-let, and development financeConducting due diligence on investment property and portfolio transactionsDrafting and negotiating facility agreements, legal charges, and other security documentationHandling landlord and tenant work including lease renewals, licences, and lease restructuringManaging client relationships and contributing to business development initiativesWorking collaboratively with colleagues across the firm's other offices
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you will have:
Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactionsOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalStrong commercial awareness and client relationship management skillsFamiliarity with Leap case management software highly desirableResidential property experience beneficial but not essential
