Legal Counsel

A global client is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their in-house team, supporting international operations across contractor workforce solutions.

This role sits at the centre of a growing legal function, with a strong focus on contractor terms, terms of business across jurisdictions, and employment-related matters.

The Role

• Drafting and negotiating contractor agreements and international terms of business
• Advising on employment law and contingent workforce compliance across multiple countries
• Supporting cross-border operations and market expansion strategies
• Partnering with commercial teams to manage risk and structure compliant engagement models
• Handling disputes and providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice
• Delivering guidance and training to internal stakeholders

About You

• Qualified lawyer (UK or international) with ~3+ years’ experience
• Strong commercial contracts background, ideally within recruitment/workforce solutions
• Experience with contractor models and international terms
• Solid grounding in employment law
• Confident working with stakeholders in a fast-paced, global business
• French language skills (desirable)
