Purpose of the Role
Based in the Mechanical Services Division, Ringmer. Salary up to £39,000 per annum. Qualified to test Class 4 vehicles, with training provided for Class 1, 2, 5, and 7 vehicles thereafter.
Main Responsibilities
Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures within a vehicle mechanics environment, including the use of appropriate protective clothing and PPE. Ensure all MOT testing is carried out safely, with full regard for the safety of visitors, other staff, and yourself.
Process warranty claims and, when required, update job cards on the company Fleet Plan.
Ideal Candidate
Qualified to test Class 4 vehicles and holding a MOT Tester Certificate. Possesses a good knowledge of vehicle mechanics, effective communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management, and a strong awareness of health and safety.
Package Description
- Salary of £37,000 to £39,000 per annum
