WHO THIS POSITION SUITS
This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific). You don’t need to have worked in care before if you’re kind, patient, and willing to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way.
It could suit someone who has helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job.

NB: THIS ROLE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SKILLED WORKER VISA SPONSORSHIP UNDER CURRENT UK HOME OFFICE RULES, AS IT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIRED SALARY OR SKILL LEVEL CRITERIA.
Whilst we encourage applications to other roles, candidates who already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions must meet the minimum eligibility of having at least two years remaining on their current visa.

ABOUT THE SERVICE
There are four people living at the home, two male and two female. The aim is to develop the opportunities for people living in the home in leisure, health, fitness, employment and education to name a few, working in a person‑centred way to enable people to have the best lives possible.
Other shifts range across all seven days from 07:30 to 22:00hrs, however there is an expectation staff are flexible with their hours. We try and give each staff member one full weekend in four as a minimum.
