Transport Monitoring Officer

Purpose of the Post

The Transport Monitoring Officer provides technical and strategic support to the Contract Manager – Transport and senior team members. The role focuses on monitoring performance, maintaining operational systems, and supporting the effective delivery of Transport services.

The post holder is responsible for collecting and analysing performance data, producing reports, and developing systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and continuous service improvement.
