Asset and Building Safety Manager position at a housing provider in West Midlands.
Role Overview
The role will lead asset management, compliance and planned works across a varied housing stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver asset strategy across the portfolio.
- Lead the compliance and building safety team ensuring all relevant legislation is met.
- Work as part of the wider senior assets team.
- Oversee contractors on delivery of planned works programmes.
- Understand contract law.
- Develop specifications of works.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have an HNC or BSc in building surveying and experience working within the housing sector.
