Rent Arrears Recovery & Tenancy Support Specialist

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to hire a dedicated individual for the Income Management Team. This role includes responsibility for income and debt recovery tasks, focusing on providing advice on housing benefits and managing arrears effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a debt recovery environment and will be well-versed in Universal Credit regulations. This role offers a hybrid work model, with a minimum of three days in the office per week.
