An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a busy Commercial Property department, supporting solicitors and fee earners on a wide range of transactions from instruction through to completion. The Role Assist with a broad range of commercial property matters Draft and review contracts, leases and supporting documentation Manage files from opening through to completion and archiving Prepare and organise legal documentation Liaise with clients, third parties and internal departments Support fee earners on complex transactions Develop and maintain strong client relationships What’s on Offer?
