Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services, to a number of prestigious clients across the UK.
Job Specification
You will support with the general smooth running of all aspects of the building services, to ensure a high level of customer services is provided to the building users, customers and VIP visitors at all times.
Daily tasks to be carried out 4 times a day
- Lone Worker Check – Checking personally with the lone worker – providing help and support as required.
- Hand Sanitiser Check – Making sure that all hand sanitisers are in full working condition and contain product
- Toilet Check – Making sure that the toilet check sheets have been signed off, no taps running, soap dispensers contain product
- Desk Wipe Check – Ensuring that each desk which is occupied has a pack of wipes
- Meeting Room Check – Ensuring that each meeting room has a pack of wipes
- Ad Hoc Duties as required: This will include but not limited to the transporting of equipment, material, general items as requested and other general duties as required.
- To ensure Hygiene standards and Health and Safety regulations are complied with at all times.
- Comply with agreed security procedures.
- Assist staff ensuring and excellent standard of service is delivered.
