Strategy Consulting Manager

This senior‑level role involves leading strategy and design within a life sciences consultancy. You will manage projects from end‑to‑end, support practice growth, and develop client relationships across digital transformation, commercial strategy and medical affairs.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead strategic consulting projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Support business growth by developing proposals, identifying client needs, and participating in the pitching process for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Manage and mentor a global team of consultants while contributing to the agency’s thought leadership and industry presence.

The experience you’ll need

• Substantial experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Commercial experience in proposal development, project scoping, and collaborating with business development teams to secure new engagements.
• Subject matter expertise in healthcare practice areas such as digital transformation, patient engagement, or medical affairs.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is in the region of £70‑90k, plus bonuses and a superb benefits pack.
