We’re looking for an experienced, credible HR leader who is ready to support the New Hospital Programme.
As our HR & OD Business Partner, you’ll deliver a high quality, professional service to managers, staff and the New Hospitals Programme (NHP) Executive Team. You’ll play a key role in leadership and team development, supporting culture change and strengthening the professionalism of the New Hospitals Programme.
You Will
- Lead the delivery of an efficient, effective and strategic HR & OD service for the New Hospitals Programme
- Develop and implement key HR & OD strategies, plans and procedures
- Provide expert advice on complex HR and OD matters, ensuring timely, safe and productive outcomes
- Drive continual improvement of policies, systems and processes in line with best practice and legislation; Partner with leaders to deliver plans covering talent, performance, resourcing, engagement and capability
- Work autonomously, managing your own priorities and commitments
- Lead the development of local workforce plans aligned to organisational objectives
- Monitor progress, ensure accountability and oversee delivery within agreed timescales and budgets
- Shape future processes, facilitate discussions and embed best practice across the organisation
