We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Services Lead to work in our Integrated Substance Use Service as a Clinical Services Manager in West Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities
- Act as a pivotal leadership role within a well-established, multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Manage prescribing and wellbeing clinics, oversee clinical audits, and ensure the highest standards of safeguarding are consistently upheld.
- Lead on key aspects of clinical governance, taking ownership of performance indicators and driving continuous improvement across the service.
- Inspire and support the team to deliver high standards, provide regular clinical supervision to nursing staff, conduct appraisals, and deliver high-quality training.
- Ensure all practice aligns with professional standards and the clinical code of conduct.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in senior clinical leadership within an integrated substance use service or similar setting.
- Proven ability to manage prescribing, clinical governance, audits, and safeguarding processes.
- Experience providing clinical supervision, performance management, and staff development.
- Commitment to professional standards and continuous service improvement.
